Refund policy

At Tiny Models we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

• 14 Days refund for Full price items: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• 7 Calendar Days for Sale and Outlet Items: Sale and Outlet items may only be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

• 30-Day Store Credit: If an item is returned after the above deadlines, we will issue a 30-day store credit. The item must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days.

Once refund is processed, please allow 5-7 working days for refund to appear on your original payment method.

• Special offers that must meet certain criteria will be refunded accordingly.

• For very large orders, if more than 50% of the items are returned, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

• Christmas and New Year orders: All orders from 10th December to New Year have an extended return policy until 15th January.

 

• VIP Clearance / Secret sales have their own return policy:
  • • Returns to store credit only.
    • Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

       

We offer a free return service to all our customers in the UK. All you have to do is, pack your unwanted items neatly in the box, find the return label in your order, attach it to your box and it's ready to be shipped, using available options.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (including hangers). You’ll also need the packing slip that accompanied your order.

International Returns:

• Package your item carefully, in its original packaging, perfect condition and all labels attached (including hangers).
• Label your parcel 'Returned Unwanted GB Merchandise' to avoid import duties.
• Kindly note that international customers are responsible for the cost of returns. We recommend using a clearly tracked service. Tiny Models are not responsible for any items lost/gone missing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims must be made with 24 hours of delivery, including relevant evidence of the claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Swimwear and Underwear can only be returned if faulty, or unworn and unused. The item must be returned in its original condition.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too (7-10 days).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet our return policy requirements.
