Sizes

Returns

> What's your return policy?

Items must be returned within 14 days, from the date of delivery. It must be undamaged and in the exact same condition that you received it in.

Sale items must be returned within 5 days.

> How can I return an item?

Pack it back in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at a nearby post office. Done. Alternatively, send it to this address:

After we receive your item, we’ll process your refund. For credit card payments it can take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your statement.

International buyers please note: You will be responsible for the tracked delivery method and shipping costs for returning your item.

Clothes Care

> How do I wash the clothing?

So glad you asked! Nothing is worse than ruining beautiful clothing through careless washing. Each item is made to last a lifetime — but they do need to be cared for.

Here’s what to do:

Always check the item's description and label for care instructions.

Washing: Ideally, all clothing should be washed inside out for extra protection, and on a low centrifuge. Alternatively, you can hand wash them, but if you soak, bleach, rub, or wring an item you may ruin it. For multi-colored / contrast clothing, use a reliable color catcher when washing.

Drying: Line drying is the way to go. Leave tumble drying for your towels.
